General Hall Hire Information
We are unable to accommodate private hall hire when we have live entertainment already booked, see schedule here. We may be able to accommodate groups on these nights with advance notice.
For fire, insurance and liability purposes we cannot allow the use of your own sound and lighting equipment, you are welcome to use ours. If you are hiring your own Soft play-Bouncy Castle -Band- DJ or other, proof of their liability insurance needs to be seen in advance.
If you would like to book your own DJ or band to play on the night, we must see the public liability insurance in advance.
All booking requests require committee approval
Hire Fees
A charitable donation is payable depending on number of guests, this is to cover the sign-in fee.
A security deposit is payable once the booking has been approved to cover the cost of any additional cleaning and refundable if not required.
